Three distinct colors are achieved through a closely monitored color sort: light, medium and dark for horizontal and natural.
Coloring or “carbonization” is achieved by steam heating the sugar component of the bamboo stalk. No peroxides are used to color the product.
Quality control of dust particles on all products prior to finishing is achieved in our balancing warehouse – the manufacturing plant and pre-finishing plant are separate to ensure for dust control.
